Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Electronic Signature Agreement

By creating a Black Vault account, you agree to these Terms of Use electronically. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as your physical signature. By creating an account, you consent to be bound by these Terms. You further agree that using a keypad, mouse, or other device to select an item, button, icon, or similar action constitutes your electronic signature ("E-Signature"). This E-Signature signifies your acceptance and agreement with these Terms, as if you signed them physically. You acknowledge that no certification authority or third-party verification is required to validate your E-Signature and that its absence will not affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting agreement between you and Black Vault.

You also represent that:

You are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all account owners and authorized users. Such persons will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Each use of your E-Signature constitutes your agreement to the Black Vault Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (as of the date of your E-Signature).

Consent to Electronic Delivery

You agree to receive electronic communications ("Electronic Communications") from Black Vault. Electronic Communications include, but are not limited to, notices and disclosures required by law. These communications may also include documents, statements, data, records, and other information related to your Black Vault account.

You acknowledge that:

You can retain Electronic Communications by printing or downloading and saving this Agreement and any future agreements or communications. Black Vault provides electronic communications through your account as a reasonable and proper form of notice. This electronic form satisfies any requirement that such communications be provided in writing or in a form you can keep.

Obtaining a Paper Copy

You may request a paper version of an Electronic Communication. Black Vault reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for production and mailing. To request a paper copy, contact us at erika@deltavaultitalai.com.

Revoking Electronic Delivery

You can withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time. Black Vault reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account access if you withdraw your consent. To withdraw your consent, contact us at +91-702-135-5513.

Valid and Current Email Address

You must provide a valid email address to receive Electronic Communications. You agree to inform Black Vault of any changes to your email address. You can update your email address by logging into your account. Black Vault may notify you by email when an Electronic Communication or updated agreement is available for your account.

Hardware, Software, and Operating System Requirements

You are responsible for:

Installing, maintaining, and operating your computer, browser, and software. Any errors or failures caused by malfunctions of your computer, browser, or software. Black Vault is not responsible for computer viruses or related problems associated with using an online system.

Minimum Requirements:

A functioning modern web browser released within the past two years (e.g., recent versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari). An up-to-date operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Mojave). Unsupported browsers may not offer full functionality. Black Vault supports Apple's Safari browser on macOS Mojave or High Sierra (both updated within the past two years) but not Internet Explorer on Windows 8 (no longer supported by Microsoft).

Controlling Agreement

This Agreement supplements and modifies other agreements you may have with Black Vault. In the event of conflicting provisions between this Agreement and another agreement, this Agreement will control (with the exception of provisions in another agreement for an electronic service that specifies hardware, software, and operating system requirements). All other obligations remain subject to the terms and conditions of any other agreement.
