Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads or prospects through online research, social media, and databases.
• Qualify leads by evaluating their needs and matching them with appropriate products or services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or social media to maintain customer interest.
• Participate in customer calls or meetings, taking notes, and providing feedback to the sales team to the technical team.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and providing product or service information.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and reports to help the sales team develop strategies.
• Help organize and execute sales campaigns, promotions, or events.
• Assist in creating content for social media or other marketing channels to support sales initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to understand the company’s products, services, and sales techniques.
• Learn about different sales strategies and tools used within the organization.
• Work closely with the marketing, technical and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Provide feedback to other teams on customer needs and market conditions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes for the sales team and management.
• Help with the creation and maintenance of sales materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product information sheets.
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales records and documentation.
