Technical Support Intern

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Intern to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and a strong command of English, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical issues related to AI products and services.
• Guide customers through the setup and usage of AI Dyma's products.
• Document common technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Prepare regular reports on technical support activities and customer feedback.
• Assist in creating user manuals, guides, and FAQs for customers.
• Participate in technical training sessions to understand AI Dyma's products in detail.
• Learn about the latest AI technologies and how they are implemented in the company's offerings.
• Work closely with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on solutions.
• Assist customers with technical queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Monitor system performance and assist in identifying potential issues.
• Provide support in managing and maintaining internal technical systems.
• Assist in testing new features or products to ensure they meet customer needs.
• Report any bugs or issues to the development team with detailed feedback.
• Suggest improvements to technical support processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and technology to provide informed support.

3. Have completed their studies in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
4. Possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
5. Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Qualification:

• Fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or related technologies is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with JIRA sand support ticketing systems is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
